Inspiring Leaders has a history of engaging with research to help improve the way our schools and MATs work. We know that learning from other education systems, researchers and institutions can bring about powerful improvements in our work.
Inspiring Leaders are passionate about the application and production of educational research. Since our inception in 2012 we have worked in close partnership with Nottingham Trent University and the University of Leicester providing teachers and leaders with the opportunity to progress onto master’s level study.
Several of our leaders are actively engaged in research projects and are authors of books and educational thinkpieces. We work in partnerships with Research Schools and other establishments to ensure we provide the very latest thinking during our programmes.
All our professional learning is underpinned by the most current educational research into what makes effective professional learning for adults, and we ensure that all of our course leaders receive training and induction into becoming effective facilitators.
Inspiring Leaders are known for being innovative and looking beyond the Education sector to inspire and influence our thinking. This takes the form of working closely with business and the charitable sector to shape our thinking and ensure we are learning from different sectors.
We are also committed to learning from school systems from around the world and within Inspiring Leaders have connected to schools from beyond our Country numerous times since 2012 to extend our thinking.
We want to ensure our leaders are encouraged to innovate and experience learning which is inspired by wider practice.
