Established in 2014, the Inspiring Leaders residential School and MAT Leaders Conference is exclusively available to partners and alumni of Inspiring Leaders. Bringing together this community each year a provides unique occasion to collaborate and share practice with like-minded colleagues and to be inspired and reinvigorated as school and MAT leaders.

Our two-day residential conference is now in its ninth year and is considered a key CPD event for our partners who value the opportunity to share and network with colleagues from across the Inspiring Leaders community. The conference is designed and curated by our partners ensuring we provide our leaders with the right learning to inspire their thinking.
In times of change, now more than ever it is essential that school leaders have clear aims and philosophy, a vision for their schools and rise to the challenges our system presents. Our Conference gives leaders a clearly defined space and time to think, discover, explore, share and rejuvenate with like-minded people from across the region.
Through a programme of internationally recognised key notes, quality workshop leaders and local research informed practice, we aim to support delegates to develop and clarify this vision.

Celebrating 10 years of our leadership conference, this year’s conference explores courageous leadership. We’re drawing inspiration from those within and beyond the education sector.

This year’s conference will be held from 21st – 22nd November 2024 and will be hosted at St George’s Park in Burton on Trent, the iconic home to all 23 England’s national football teams.
