Inspiring Leaders provide coaching support for professionals within the education sector. We deliver coaching support for individual teachers, senior leaders and headteachers across schools and Multi Academy Trusts (MATs) in the East Midlands including Leicester, Nottingham and Derby.
Coaching is a powerful approach to professional and leadership development which teachers and leaders can use to help empower themselves and those around them. It is a learning technique that is widely used by some of the world’s most successful leaders within and outside of education and can be used to help ambitious school leaders meet challenges head on by becoming self-aware, proactive, responsible and positive. This will be done by enabling the individual time to reflect on their beliefs, leadership approaches and help them consider the pathway to success.
Inspiring Leaders will help to create the opportunity to explore the issues and goals that matter to you and give you the space you need to formulate a strategy and plan that you can successfully action. Our coaches will continue to you the support you need to move forward in your goals.
At Inspiring Leaders we have qualified coaches with experience of coaching within the education sector. Our coaches support teachers and leaders of all positions from Early Career Teachers to Executive CEOs of schools and MATs. In order to support you in considering the right approach for you and your school or MAT, we have created different approaches as a starting point.
Individual Coaching Approach
Inspiring Leaders offer one-to-one coaching support for teachers, school leaders and MAT leaders. You will be provided with an designated coach who will objectively and confidentially help you to tackle challenging and sensitive issues and consider exciting future possibilities to positively impact your priorities.
You will benefit from dedicated time with an experienced coach who will quickly build a strong rapport with you.
Inspiring Leaders one-to-one coaching is available for those in any education based role. It can be provided both online or face to face at times convenient to you.
Coaching Approach A – £1000 + VAT
Inspiring Leaders offer group coaching support for teachers, school leaders and MAT leaders. Your school team will receive five sessions lasting approximately 90 minutes each for the school leadership team or the whole school. Ideally, this will take place on a half-termly basis but this can be flexible to suit the needs of the school. This approach will include 3 sessions on coaching skills and pedagogical models, as well as 2 targeted coaching review sessions to support specific staff in overcoming any barriers they may face.
1. Introduction to coaching skills
– The power and potential impact of using coaching skills
– Initial pedagogical models and practice in action.
– Establishing coaching trios with practical guidance for success.
Review Session 1
A review of the coaching trios including specific advice on how to get the best from the approaches being used and overcoming barriers.
2. Revisiting the process of coaching
The identification of success and the sharing of best practice across the school. Considering further pedagogical models. Deepening understanding and use of coaching skills.
Review Session 2
A deeper review of the coaching trios including discussions around the impact this deliberate action this is having upon individual and school performance.
3. Evaluating the impact and implementation of coaching
Agreeing next steps of enhancing practice and sustaining approaches in the year to come.
Coaching Approach B – £700 + VAT
Your school will receive three sessions lasting approximately 90 minutes each. Ideally, this will take place on a half termly basis but this can be flexible to suit the needs of the school. This approach will include 3sessions on coaching skills and pedagogical models. We will provide school leaders with some structured advice on how to review the impact of this work.

The power and potential impact of using coaching skills. Initial Pedagogical models and practice in action.
Establishing coaching trios with practical guidance for success.
2. Revisiting the process of coaching
The identification of success and the sharing of best practice across the school. Considering further pedagogical models. Deepening understanding and use of coaching skills.
3. Evaluating the impact and implementation of coaching
Agreeing next steps of enhancing practice and sustaining approaches in the year to come.
Review Sessions
Review sessions will need to be conducted by the school. We recommend that you review your coaching trios and build an understanding of the barriers that staff are facing. Inspiring Leaders will provide guidance on how to conduct this.
Coaching Approach C – £250 + VAT
The school will receive one session lasting approximately 90 minutes. Schools can request for this session to be done at a time that best suits you. This session will focus on an introduction to coaching skills and basic pedagogical models. Any further support can be requested on a flexible basis.
