The Interview Process

Our interview process is designed to enable you to showcase your aspiration to teach, your understanding of teaching and the importance of great teachers on the impact of children's holistic outcomes. Each applicant is welcome to attend one of our events and is also invited to a 1 :1 meeting to go through the interview process and courses in more depth. This will enable you to be as prepared and informed as possible. Please select the Primary or Secondary option for more information on the interview process for each phase.
