Inspiring Leaders are an 'outstanding' school based Teacher Training provider that support career changers and university graduates in securing a more rewarding career in teaching. We work closely with our partner Multi Academy Trusts (MATs) across the East Midlands, including Derby, Nottingham and Leicester.
Inspiring Leaders Teacher Training offer graduates and career changers the opportunity to learn from outstanding Teachers, Schools and Universities to gain Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a Post Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE).
We offer courses in Early Years, Primary and Secondary Education across the East Midlands. These teacher training programmes are rooted in school experience and offer both QTS and PGCE awards working with our University partners, Nottingham Trent University and the University of Leicester.

Inspiring Leaders Teacher Training, is a partnership of Primary and Secondary schools across, Nottingham, Derby and Leicester working together to develop and become outstanding teachers.
Get stuck into school life in schools across the East Midlands with a variety of school experience opportunities and prepare for life as a teacher by immersing yourself in the classroom and working alongside experienced school staff.
Our School Centred Initial Teacher Training (SCITT) leaders work tirelessly to ensure that all trainees get a high quality, personalised experience and excellent support. We work closely with our graduates throughout the course and beyond, taking pride in supporting many through to school leadership roles. We work closely with MATs and schools to ensure our trainees get access to the Early Career Framework programme which gives them a great start to their teaching career.

The support that trainees experience, whilst on placement, continues to be excellent. Trainees are encouraged to develop highly professional and positive relationships with their mentors who are highly motivated to support trainees and to provide additional support where this is deemed appropriate and necessary.
