"I have been a Headteacher for the last 14 years in initially in two small rural primaries and later at Kibworth CE Primary School which became Outstanding in 2011. Following this we became a Teaching School Alliance and later a Multi Academy Trust in 13 schools called Discovery School Academy Trust where I am currently the CEO. I believe developing high quality leaders is essential for schools and trusts to move forward and ultimately for children to reach their potential. Inspiring Leaders is a unique opportunity for high quality practicing leaders to provide real experience and current expertise to support our future leaders."

"I have been Principal of The Redhill Academy since 2004. I have been an NLE since 2009 and have over 4 years’ experience of supporting other underperforming secondary schools including executive headship. I am currently Executive Principal of The Redhill Trust. I believe that school leadership is all about leading the extended team of staff towards a clearly defined core purpose of raising student achievement. Everything else must be peripheral to this. Yet to accomplish this goal, our future leaders will need a complex range of skills including clear communication, decision making, emotional intelligence and trust building. I am confident that the Inspiring Leaders programmes will deliver these skills and more to participants."

My passion comes from wanting the very best for everyone who works and learns at Ash Lea School. "I was Principal at Brooke Weston Academy from 2007 to 2015, when I became Executive Principal with oversight of number of schools across the region. The remit of a teacher is to educate, enthuse, inspire and set a good example for students; therefore if we, as professionals, are not committed to a personal programme of development, pushing ourselves to achieve and train in areas that we may not be comfortable or familiar with, then how can we expect the same of our students?

That is why developing leadership is important, not only for ourselves as teachers, but because it demonstrates the importance of continual improvement and self-reflection to our young people."

"I am Chief Executive of the Flying High Trust partnership, having previously been headteacher of Cotgrave Candleby Lane School for over ten years. I personally believe that effective school leadership is the single most important factor to achieving a successful school. I am determined to ensure that inspiring leaders create talented school leadership for the future. School leadership is safe in our hands.

I have been a Head Teacher for 14 years in two separate schools. I have led a school in a three school amalgamation, enabled back to back outstanding judgements in both schools and have been an NLE for the 4 years. I now focus my attention on supporting wider school improvement and developing the leaders of tomorrow."

I am a former Primary Head Teacher but now work across both primary and secondary schools. I am particularly interested and skilled in developing a culture that inspires, motivates and enables individuals to embrace and develop ownership and responsibility in order to strengthen working relationships and develop outstanding practice."

"I am the Inspiring Leaders Programme Officer. I coordinate and manage all leadership days for NPQSL, NPQML and School Business Management and also coordinate the IL Leadership Conference. I thoroughly enjoy working within school settings and witnessing the difference that our training brings about, not only in schools but in the development of their staff. It is a very exciting time to be a part of Inspiring Leaders with like-minded, enthusiastic school leaders and facilitators!"
